AI Nutritionist and wellness information — If you use our AI Nutritionist features, we may collect health and lifestyle information you provide or authorize us to access, including:

Age, height, weight, target weight, gender
Activity level and fitness goals (e.g., weight loss, muscle building)
Daily or weekly check-in data: step count, sleep duration, workout calories burned, and weight updates
Meal logging and adherence to your meal plan
Personalized nutrition targets (calories, macros, activity goals)
Weekly progress summaries and coaching insights

Health app data (optional) — With your explicit permission, our mobile app may read limited data from your device's health app (such as Apple Health or Google Health Connect), including:

Steps (step count)
Sleep (sleep analysis / duration)

You can deny or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings. If you do not grant access, you may still use InstaMeals and AI Nutritionist by entering data manually. We do not use health app data for advertising, and we do not sell health or fitness data.

Device and technical information — We may collect:

Device type, operating system, app version
Push notification tokens (to send order updates, check-in reminders, and optional health-sync prompts)
IP address, browser type, and usage data on our website
Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8)

Communications — If you contact support or respond to surveys, we collect the information you choose to share.
